League of Legends Patch 11.19 release date is Wednesday, Sept. 22. Patch 11.18 changed many champions to achieve optimal balance for the upcoming League of Legends World Championship. Patch 11.19 is oriented towards fine tuning the results of Patch 11.18 for the highest stakes professional play of the year.

Maintenance for the patch should start at about 6:00 a.m. ET. Usually servers are down for about three hours while the game updates to the next patch. After this, the official World's patch should be online for all players to enjoy.

This one is focused on follow-up for 11.18, a few more pro-targeted changes, and one solo queue focused nerf (Sona).
